His goal is to help underfunded, talented drivers and help such drivers to partner with various corporations to make the progression to champ car
When he's not fixing teeth he's racing Formula Atlantics or Porsches. What started as a hobby ten years ago has become a passion to race and win in everything he drives. Souliotis has been the Canadian GT Champion in 01,02 and 03. He has numerous victories to his credit and has won the pro racing West Coast Challenge in P1 category.

Matt joined Bite Racing in 2001 and quickly demonstrated his many skills to become the crew chief. Matt has enjoyed a lifelong passion for Porsche and more specifically road racing Porsches. As a certifed mechanic, competent fabricator and detailed race car preparation, Matt has enjoyed a remarkably low DNF record!

Willi has been involved in motorsport for a very long time. He has worked on various atlantic teams but enjoyed most success with P1-racing. He has engineered for Al Unser and Rocky Moran Jr. When not at races Willi enjoys his own go -cart and races with a group of freinds near his california home. |
| Hayden Wood Engineer
Hayden wood grew up around cars with his dad, Ian Wood a long time BC road racer. Hayden himself has raced at various events including the invitational molson indy sedan race in Vancouver. Hayden has recently completed his mechanical engineering degree at UVIC and was instrumental in designing the formula SAE car which they will take to England to compete against other universities. Hayden hopes to make his mark in design and his dream job would be on a Formula 1 team. |
| Simon Wilkins Junior Engineer
Simon is in his last year of mechanical engineering in London, England. Although quite familiar with European racing, Simon wanted to see first hand what North America has to offer. Personally, he has campaigned an entry level saloon car in London and would like to continue with driving. His ultimate goal would be a lead mechanic and engineer in Formula 1. |
| Mike Anderson Fabricator/Crew
Mike has done many things in his past from aircraft mechanics to selling specialty metal products. After delivering steel to us since 2003 and staring at the race cars in our shop Mike showed interest and decided to get his feet wet starting with the molson indy.
Mike has enjoyed several jobs and had a great time in the military. Recently, he was married to Rhonda, luckily a motorsports enthusiat herself! |
| Grant Lindsay Engineer
Grant grew up in Prince George with both drivers, Chris Souliotis and Daryl Leiski. A long time motorsports enthusiat Grant decided to pursue engineering at UBC. His first love is Formula Cars and personally races Go-Karts successfully. Grant will be a part time engineer with Bite racing as he maintains a career designing hydraulic sawmill systems in his home town Prince George, BC. He is married to wife Becky. |
| Josh Eanes Mechanic
Josh has been involved and has raced circle track cars at Saratoga Speedway near his home of Campbell River, BC. He has been a long enthusiast of all types of cars and is very enthusiastic and eager to make his mark as a race car mechanic. During the off season Josh hopes to further his career by becomeing a custom graphics painter and perhaps try his hand behind the steering wheel some more! Josh loves many sports including surfing. |
